Funky Letter

Behind the name Funky Letter is François Gaillard, an independent graphic designer based in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.

Passionate about art, graphic design, urban culture and music, he has been immersed in a creative world blending music and visual arts since early childhood.

Today he combines these passions to create original typography and illustrations within a colorful, pop/vintage and decidedly groovy universe! He notably developed a series of funky patterns mixing lettering and retro design, which he adapts across various media. He aims to conceptualize each creation to give meaning to his work by integrating typography and illustration.
