The company HOME MADE LICENSING (“HML”) is the publisher of the website http://www.homemadelicensing.com (the “Site”).
In order to inform users of their rights and obligations when visiting the Site and using the services and content provided, HML has established rules governing the use of the Site.

The publication director of the Site is Mrs Aline GONDOIN, in her capacity as Managing Director of HML.

III. Purpose

VIII. Liability
HML and/or its service providers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or unavailability of the Site or Services.
The User is solely responsible for their use of the Site and Services and undertakes to indemnify HML against any claim related to a breach of these conditions.
IX. Site suspension
HML reserves the right to suspend or interrupt all or part of the Site or Services in the event of maintenance, technical constraints, security reasons or non-compliance with these conditions by a User.
X. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
The User undertakes to seek an amicable solution with HML as a priority in the event of a dispute.
Failing amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of these provisions shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Paris, including in summary proceedings, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
For professional Users, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Paris Commercial Court.
XI. Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared null or unenforceable by a competent court, it shall be deemed unwritten without affecting the validity of the other provisions.
The fact that HML does not rely at a given time on any provision herein shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to rely on it subsequently.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the User and HML regarding the use of the Site.
